Video software - how do you chose the best?

I have worked with camtasia, trakaxPC, camstudio and jing. Camtasia seems to be the best, when it comes to screen recording etc. but what do you use and why?

I create videos for work and it would be good to know what's out there.

Camtasia all the way. It's easy to use and works with everything. Quality is good enough...
I haven;t done a lot with it, but from playing with it and comparing it to other (free and paid) my choice is definitely Camtasia (currently using version 7).

I'vd used it and like it. But trakax is lightweight. Which is good. Camtasia slows my laptop down a lot. Which I'm not too partial too.
