How many stop words do you use when writing?

Any group of words can be chosen as the stop words for a given purpose. For some search machines, these are some of the most common, short function words, such as the, is, at, which and on. In this case, stop words can cause problems when searching for phrases that include them, particularly in names such as 'The Who', 'The The', or 'Take That'. Other search engines remove some of the most common words—including lexical words, such as "want"—from query in order to improve performance.
This is what wikipedia calls them, but its interesting to think about. I use Yoast on my blog, and when I analyzed my post, I saw that I was using too many stop words.

How important do you think they are, and how do you think they affect your blog/site?

Re: How many stop words do you use when writing?

I often try to write "natural" Text with stopwords because i think google will getting better and understand text. So not everybody is a perfect article writer but he / she can write all about the topic and give good informations. So i think the stopwords are not so much the weight.

It depends on the topic and the article how many stopwords there in.
